Quiche with Grapes and Chèvre
A quick and tasty tarte with goat cheese and grapes. The filo dough makes it extra easy. I love to keep the grapes on the stems as it looks really beautiful but of course, this is optional.
Quiche
with Grapes and Chèvre
2 eggs
100g cream
65g creme fraiche
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of nutmeg
som butter for the mold
150g filo pastry
200g grapes
75g young goat cheese
In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, cream, creme fraiche, salt and nutmeg. Butter your mold. Add the layers of filo dough, one by one, pushing them down with your fingers. The sheets may overlap the rim of your mold a little bit. Wash the grapes. Fill the mold with the prepared egg mixture, then arrange the grapes on top. Add little pieces of the goat cheese.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes until the edge gets golden brown.
