A little note on the recipes

1. The clue in each and every recipe is choosing high quality products, from flour to meat.

2. Ovens work differently, hands kneed differently. Fruits vary in flavor and tenderness. I’ve tested all of my recipes several times and they worked well in my surrounding but you may adjust them to your taste and kitchen set up.
