Tomato Butter

I make these little butters when I have guests and place them with some fresh bread or sourdough crisps on the table. Everyone loves it. Don’t be scared off by the very easy ingredients, it tastes delicious. I made some lemon butter as well.

Whisk the butter in your kitchen machine until pale and fluffy. Add the tomato paste, spoon by spoon until well dissolved. Season with salt and some fresh garlic if you like. Fill the butter in a piping bag or plastic bag with one end cut of and pipe some nice dollops. Garnish with some tomato stalks.
