Lemon Butter

I love this as much as my Tomato Butter. They are simple to make and pretty to look at. If you like an extra crunch, you can put some poppyseeds in the butter, it fits very well with the lemon.

This Recipe is as easy as pie: Grate the zests of a lemon, whip the butter and the zests, add some malden sea salt, a drizzle of lemon juice until creamy, shape into a lemon, decorate with a lemon leaf if you have. Enjoy with your favourite bread.
