The easy Cake
The easiest Cake ever and a recipe you will always remember because it is easy as pie. The dough has only 5 🖐🏽 ingredients (1:1:1:1:1) 100g flour, 100g butter, 100g sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder. My mom has been baking this cake since I was little. I love it with apples but it also works perfect with apricots, pears, plums or whatever fruit you like.
The easy Cake
for a cake mould with 20cm
double the recipe for a bigger mould
ingredients
100g flour
100g sugar
100g soft butter (room temperature)
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
apples or other fruits, peeled and cut in slices
steps
Mix all 5 ingredients: flour, sugar, soft butter, egg and baking powder.
Arrange sliced apples on top (brush with some butter if you want), bake at 170’C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
