Sesame Tahini Biscuits

For about 45 biscuits

ingredients

200g of flour
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. soda
1 pinch of salt
100g butter, room temperature
75g Tahini
150g brown sugar
1 egg

50g white sesame
50g black sesame

steps

Put flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl and mix.

Add butter, tahini, brown sugar and egg and knead into a dough.

Form a ball and wrap in foil, keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Remove dough from the fridge and roll a little ball the size of a walnut. Flatten the ball between the palms of your hands.

Brush with a tiny amount of water and dip in sesame seeds.

Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

The cookies can be kept in an airtight box for 2 weeks.
