for about 10 Fritters

ingredients

2 apples
2 eggs
100g of flour
100ml of milk
a good pinch of salt
butter for frying
cinnamon sugar
as desired: vanilla ice cream and / or maple syrup

steps

For the dough, put flour, eggs, milk and salt in a bowl and whisk until the dough is smooth. Wash apples and cut into 1.5 cm thick slices. Cut out the apple cores by using a small cookie cutter. Dip each apple slice into the dough and fry in hot clarified butter or gurnard. Drain on a kitchen towel, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Serve as desired with vanilla ice cream and / or some maple syrup.
